We get it. With us, you'll learn how to move confidently in the water, swim relaxed, and feel at ease.
Whether you're in your early 30s or mid-50s: If you didn’t learn to swim properly as a child, you can feel pretty awkward as an adult, especially in summer. Everyone assumes you can swim. You might even dip your toes in the water, but you don’t feel comfortable there.
You’d never admit to your friends that you can't really swim — that would be so embarrassing! You've tried learning to swim on your own, but it was a deeply uncomfortable experience. You’ve taken classes, but they didn’t really help.
So, you can't swim.
Right?
Wrong!
EVERYONE can swim. You’re not a non-swimmer. You’re a not-yet-swimmer! Your body already knows how—you just need to understand and feel how to do it. And that’s exactly what we’ll show you—in exclusive group classes with 5 motivated beginners or in private sessions, tailored just for you.
Your body knows how to swim. We just help you rediscover your confidence and bring out the swimmer within.
We'll give you the confidence to control things on your own.
You'll learn the laws of water, and you'll feel them.
With our method, you’ll be able to feel if you’re doing it right and immediately correct any mistakes. Soon, swimming will become second nature.
1. Buoyancy
Water wings, kickboards, pool noodles... these tools are designed to help you float, but you can generate buoyancy with your own body—it’s easier than you might think.
Buoyancy is essential for your success in the adult swimming lessons, so we spend plenty of time on this. We’ll show you how to float effortlessly on your back and stomach without the fear of sinking.
2. Kicks
The biggest challenge for adult beginner swimmers? Their legs start to sink. While this isn’t a big problem on its own, sinking legs tend to drag your body downward, bringing your face closer to the water—which can trigger panic and cause you to kick frantically.
We’ll teach you how to move your legs gently to keep them at the surface, allowing your face to stay above water. You’ll be able to “tread water” with ease, and once you feel confident in this, you’re ready for the real swimming to begin!
3. Arm Movement
Now you can float and maintain your position on the surface—no more struggle for survival! You’ll feel at ease paddling in place. Next, we’ll show you how to move across the pool:
Your arms will help you feel, catch, and hold the water, similar to climbing a rope: grip, pull, glide, and repeat.
Once you’re able to coordinate your arms and legs in a fluid motion, you’re a swimmer! The rest is just practice.
4. Breathing
The #1 concern in our adult swimming lessons: “How do I breathe?” Most beginners start thinking about breathing too early. If breathing is your primary focus while swimming, you’ll tend to lift your head too high, which can make you sink and cause back pain.
Think about how you’re breathing right now—probably seated and relaxed, without even thinking about it. Why should it be different in the water? Yes, you can’t breathe in the water, but are you really going to collapse after holding your breath for a few seconds? That’s why breathing is the last step in our method, a natural extension of the swimming motion, happening almost automatically.
To support this step, we include “dryland” exercises for breathing in your kitchen and living room. You can even practice in front of the TV—how cool is that?
I learned to swim as a child, and just weeks later, I was jumping off a yacht into the deep Mediterranean Sea.
I feel comfortable in the water, but I know it’s not like this for everyone. That’s why I’ve developed a swimming method specifically for adults, one that trains both body and mind.
With us, you’ll learn to swim as naturally as riding a bike—understand, feel, and never forget. We give you the freedom and security to feel at home in the water because we believe that swimming is a basic right that everyone should enjoy.
Sports has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. After battling an injury and having 3 knee surgeries, I had to reset my focus. I discovered my love for swimming, wich was a difficult process, but worthwile in the end – because I discovered triathlon with it.
My fascination for this sport comes from the mental and physical strength that's necessary for it. Not only physical fitness, but keeping your focus, and conquering obstacles.
Today, my passion is guiding others on their path. I enjoy showing people what they can do, going the path with them, and helping them keep their focus. No matter if it's a goal in sports or in life, I'm sure that we're stronger together and can achieve more.

Group classes take place in Berlin-Charlottenburg and Berlin-Mitte.
For private training, we use pools in Tiergarten, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, and Lankwitz. Additionally, some pools in Neukölln are available.
Our trainers are generally available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekend appointments are available upon request. The demand in public pools varies by season; we’re be happy to recommend the best training times.
Our beginner course truly starts from zero. This means you don’t need any prior swimming ability to participate.
The pool used for the course is about 1 meter deep, so you’ll be able to stand comfortably.
You only need swimwear; we provide everything else.
Don’t worry about being too inexperienced or clumsy—our trainers are very empathetic, stay in the water with you, and help every participant feel comfortable in the water.
In the course, you’ll learn our method for floating and moving in the water, whether in breaststroke or freestyle. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to swim from one end of the pool to the other, entirely on your own.
You have your swim trainer all to yourself. This means 60 minutes of focused input, constant feedback, and precise analysis of your movements.
With the trainer by your side in the water, you’ll learn faster than in a group course—we can use the exact exercises that work best for you. Your trainer will also get to know you better and can adapt to your unique learning process.
Private training is tailored just for you: we adjust the time, date, location, and approach based on your needs. If your back is tense and you're struggling to breathe, we can include mobility training. If you’re uncomfortable swimming around others or dislike splashing water, we’ll find optimal times when the pool is less crowded.
Private training includes close support, with a personalized training plan and regular communication via chat or phone to support your success.
Injuries during swim training with a trainer are rare; we teach you healthy swim techniques from the start. If you do get injured during training, we’ll support you with a fast and effective recovery and work with you to identify the cause to prevent future injuries.
Costs depend on your individual needs and goals. Our group class costs 799 €, while private training with a guaranteed goal (e.g., swimming 50 meters in deep water) costs 1799 €. Payment options are flexible—more details are available in a personal consultation.
Many people wonder why the price is what it is, and here’s why:
In short: You’re investing your precious time in learning to swim. We’ll do everything to ensure you reach your goal as quickly as possible. We’re very good at what we do, which means you invest once and then you can swim.
You need motivation, a goal, and swim gear (swimwear, goggles, and cap) along with an internet-enabled device for communication and access to online content. That’s it!
We provide any additional practice equipment (pull buoy, fins, etc.).
For the duration of your personal swim training (2-3 months), we recommend swimming twice per week.
Our approach is to train together once a week, then have you practice alone to see if you’ve absorbed the lesson. This way, you improve with each session and gain confidence.
In the group class, we train together once a week as well, and we recommend doing the dryland exercises once or twice per week on your own too.
You can sign up directly through the program by clicking “Get Started” or schedule a consultation call before you choose.
In any case, we’ll ensure that your goals align with our approach. If you identify with the descriptions on this page, you’re in the right place.
You won’t—that's a promise. If you connect with our method and are ready to learn swimming, we’ll make sure you feel at home in the water.
We’ll support you with all questions, concerns, and challenges and bring our 10 years of experience to every situation.
Absolutely! We’ve trained people of all ages and abilities, from high school graduates to retirees, and here’s one guarantee:
Strength and endurance aren’t the most important factors in the water. What counts is your mindset and body awareness, which we’ll train from the very first minute together.
In the end, it’s like riding a bike: once you learn, you never forget.
